Welcome to TROUVE MON GALET 77 — Love on the Rock, Seine et Marne.
⚠️ New members, here are the rules and all the explanations ⤵️
- ✅ Draw on rocks or shells using natural materials to protect nature, even if the result is different 😉🙏🙏🙏🌍🌰🍄🌱 For creations that may be temporary in the rain, try chalk, pastel, charcoal, pencil or natural ink such as beetroot juice. Experiment, make suggestions and share your experiences 😉😉😉 There are also eco-friendly, waterproof acrylic paint pens with water-based ink.
- ✅ Write “TROUVE MON GALET 77”, the small Facebook symbol and, optionally, your town and first name on the back.
- ✅ Hide them freely: in a park, by a statue, tree, bench, shopfront, etc.
- ✅ When hiding one, create a post with a photograph of the rock, a few clues and THE FULL NAME OF THE TOWN OR VILLAGE, WITHOUT ABBREVIATIONS. This point is very important. If your rock features a flower, for example, use the word “flower”; this will make the post easier to find with the search bar, represented by the small magnifying glass near the cover photograph.
Have you found a decorated rock?
✅ If you followed the clues in a group post, comment “TROUVÉ” on the hider’s post to make tracking easier. Find a post by searching for the town or a keyword such as “flower” with the small magnifying glass next to the cover photograph. You can also display the most recent results first.
✅ If you found it by chance, photograph the rock and create a post on our page saying “TROUVÉ + THE PLACE AND TOWN where it was found”.
✅ Then hide it again wherever you wish, giving the full, unabbreviated name of the town or village where it is now hidden. It can travel several km from one town to another, for example during your holidays.
✅ To find out whether the game is played near you, enter the name of a town or village using the small magnifying glass at the top of the cover photograph; any posts mentioning it will appear.
An update in the group always delights the rock’s creator. However, the main aim remains to bring joy and make people smile: never receiving news is not a problem, because not everyone has Facebook or necessarily knows the game.
