✨ Decorate, hide, and search for pebbles ✨
This treasure hunt for children and adults will add some cheer to your family outings. Use your walks as an opportunity to send the pebbles on their travels.
How to play
- Decorate pebbles, stones, or shells.
- Write “#Trouve mon galet 24” on the back to invite the stranger who finds them to post a photo.
- Hide them wherever you choose—a park, street, forest…—except on private property.
- Share a photo in the group that gives an approximate idea of the hiding place, allowing other hunters to start searching. 🚨 To make the hiding places easier to locate, put the photo in the album for the relevant town; if the town does not yet have one, create its album.
- As soon as the pebble is hidden, the hunt is on 🙂
If you discover a pebble, you have two options:
- Photograph it in your hand, put it back in place, add the picture as a comment on the original photo, and write “Trouvé et remis en place.”
- Replace it with a new pebble placed in exactly the same location. Photograph the pebble you found together with yours in your hand, post the image as a comment on the original photo, and write “Trouvé et remplacé.”
