Join us in creating painted travelling rocks. Place them in visible locations so that someone else can discover and enjoy them. Mark the underside of each rock with the group name Kamínky, the Facebook logo and the postcode of the place you come from.

HAVE YOU FOUND A ROCK?
If you have discovered a rock labelled this way, join the group. Post one photograph of its decorated side on the wall, and copy the postcode shown on the rock into the text — five digits without spaces. You may also add the place where you found it. The postcode allows the creator and other members to see where the rock currently is and where it travelled from to reach you. You may keep it, but sending it onward on another journey is even better.
WOULD YOU LIKE TO CREATE A ROCK?
If the idea appeals to you and you would like to join in, feel free to begin. You will have lots of fun, and your rock may reappear somewhere after a while. Remember to mark it with the Facebook logo, the group name Kamínky and your town's postcode. You can then use the postcode to search for rocks that have been found.
WHAT SHOULD YOU USE TO PAINT?
Use acrylic paints and acrylic markers. Coat the completed rock with clear acrylic varnish. Recommendations for proven products can be found in the group's files.
WHERE SHOULD YOU PLACE THE ROCK?
Choose a visible, publicly accessible place where someone is likely to notice it. Consider both your own safety and that of future finders. The location must not be dangerous or too busy, and placing the rock must not cause any damage. Our aim is not to create rubbish or harm the environment.
