Welcome to the Happy Stones Belgium Facebook page.

What are Happy Stones? A Happy Stone is a stone painted by someone, the MAKER, and left somewhere to make a chance FINDER happy. The FINDER is asked first to report the discovery on this page and then let the stone continue travelling.

So help a Happy Stone you find continue its journey by giving it a new place during your next walk, outing or trip. These painted stones want to travel as often and as far as possible to bring joy to as many finders as they can.

Please note: Many different groups are active on Facebook. That is of course perfectly fine, but it can make sharing a stone in the correct group difficult. Therefore, post here only stones with “HAPPY STONES BELGIUM” on the back. Other stones may belong to another group and also deserve to be correctly reported there.

Be sure to include the following:

• a GOOD PHOTO, or several photos, preferably of both the front and back;

• if you send the stone travelling again, perhaps a photo showing, for example, the municipality or place where you left it.
